Every harvest and processing cycle leaves behind green waste — a valuable raw material for biomass energy and biochar. Biochar is produced through pyrolysis: biomass is broken down below 700°C in an oxygen-free environment, leaving a pure, porous carbon material free of combustion pollutants.

The principle isn’t new. Terra Preta, the enduringly fertile soil built by Amazonian communities who enriched charcoal-rich compost into the ground, has proven its worth for centuries. Modern biochar carries that same idea forward.
